The highly anticipated day for Whitney and Daniel in her hometown of Hurtsboro, Alabama turned out blessedly sunny and dry. The ceremony and reception was held in the fabulously decorated backyard of her parents’ home. Her family and friends contributed hours of work on the exquisite details that turned the yard into a fairyland. Shooting the wedding of a dear family friend with my daughter, Rachel, of Rachel O’Neal Photography, made the day even more exciting! Whitney and Daniel were an agreeable, fun-loving couple with bright smiles and joyful spirits, even in sweltering temperatures! The event was a delightful one that will keep the wonderful folks of Hurtsboro reminiscing for quite awhile! I hope the pictures make you feel like you were part of the celebration, and perhaps you were!
Three Northside High School Seniors got together for pictures the weekend before graduation. Amy, Hayley, and Marisa were all in Northside Singers together their Senior year. Amy’s cousin, Kelsey, joined them for some of the pictures. She also graduated from NHS and was in Northside Singers. Lots of laughter and joy from these young women created an afternoon full of happy memories! Congratulations, Class of 2014!
Amy, a precious Senior at Northside High School in Columbus, Georgia, waited until the end of her Senior year to have her photos made. We had such fun roaming around the city. She also had a shoot with several friends, but those pics will be posted later. She’s just as sweet as she looks! Congratulations, Amy!
Clare’s day began at the lovely, historic Garrett-Bullock House of Columbus, Georgia where her sister and sister-in-law joined her for “getting ready” fun! I’m not sure if Clare loved the deep pockets on her dress on her precious Jimmy Choo shoes more! Clare shared a sweet “first look” with her father and waited to see Lee when she walked down the aisle. Clare’s beautiful smile was constant and natural, never fading through the festivities. Lee and his groomsmen were waiting at the marvelous church in the country where Clare grew up. The church had standing room only for this much-loved couple! Clare’s uncle performed the ceremony, then the couple headed to the vintage car Lee had arranged for their departure. The Garrett-Bullock house became even more fabulous as the reception headed for nightfall. Clare and Lee spent time with each other but also clearly loved their family and friends who were there to support them. My daughter, Rachel, and I loved shooting together and deeply appreciated the thoughtful words from the families. Check out Rachel O’Neal Photography for her pictures!
